Switch to paste text mode to check any written content directly — no URL needed.

When to use this

  • TikTok videos — when auto-scan doesn’t capture spoken content, copy the caption and any spoken claims manually
  • Draft content — check listing copy before it goes live
  • Any platform — check Instagram captions, website copy, press releases, or any marketing text
  • Scripts — check a video script before filming

How to use

  1. Go to Scan a Listing in the sidebar
  2. Click Paste text (toggle at the top)
  3. Optionally paste the source URL for reference
  4. Paste your content in the text area
  5. Select your jurisdiction
  6. Click Check content

Tips for TikTok

To get the best results for a TikTok video:
  1. Open the video on TikTok
  2. Copy the caption text
  3. Watch the video and note any spoken health claims, product descriptions, or ingredient mentions
  4. Add those spoken claims to the text box alongside the caption
  5. Run the check

What gets checked

The same compliance checks as URL scanning:
  • Prohibited terms and disease claims
  • Allergen mentions
  • Authorised health and nutrition claims
