Check a Formulation
An advanced version of the ingredient checker for food technologists. Enter each ingredient with its exact quantity to check against legal limits.How to use
- Navigate to Check a Formulation in the sidebar
- Enter ingredients and their quantities in mg/kg (or your preferred unit)
- Click Check formulation
What it checks
For each ingredient with a quantity, Bridge checks:- Whether the quantity is within the permitted maximum for the jurisdiction
- Progress bar showing how close the quantity is to the limit
- IN LIMIT (green) or OVER LIMIT (red) badge
